Further Information
I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS), shamanic counselling, mindfulness meditation, existential phenomenology and modern clinical psychology to support you in exploring different aspects/parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion. Together, we will listen to their stories, soften any burdens they may carry, and begin to nurture them back into balance—allowing a greater sense of harmony, ease and wholeness to emerge within you. Sessions are offered on a one-off basis; however, a commitment of a minimum of six to eight weekly sessions is recommended. This will support you in engaging deeply with your healing process and allow your personal development to unfold in a gentle yet lasting manner.

Healing our relationship with ourselves and reclaiming our true essence is one of the most precious gifts we can give ourselves. However, receiving our own love and care can sometimes be challenging. Knowing that we are worthy of everything we want, and desire, may require some inner work. At times, we may have consciously or unconsciously abandoned ourselves in order to survive. Adverse childhood experiences, interpersonal wounding, illness, pain and other challenging life experiences are all natural aspects of what it means to be human. However, these experiences can severely impact our relationship with ourselves, as well as our capacity to receive and thrive in an embodied way.
My IFS-informed counselling sessions provide a sacred, confidential and safe space for the gentle yet empowering unfolding of your becoming. I will support you in nurturing yourself and the many parts of who you are, in ways that feel embodied, grounded and empowering. Drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS) principles, we will gently explore and honour each part of you, including those with conflicting needs, so that your higher self can guide you with clarity, compassion and understanding. Together, we will also explore ways for you to live more fully and authentically, from a place of embodied self-love, and to actualise your highest potential. In this work, we create a safe space where all parts feel seen, heard and cared for. You hold the very medicine that you need within the living apothecary that is your embodied self.
